We found Jim via his website, looking for a mid-century home. Jim showed us a few listings and then informed us about one soon to come on market, offering to get us into it first. The home was perfect and we bought it. Our other home was listed with an agent we weren't happy with and it didn't sell. A few weeks later, Jim offered to bring us buyers for our home that had not yet sold, and he sold it. We are amazed with Jim's ability to sell and negotiate fair contracts. He also saved us a lot of money!

I read a descriptive ad Jim had written about a condo he had listed and I went to his open house. My transition took several months and when I was finally able to write an offer, Jim made it easy for me. I was working with a lender that wasn't serving me well and Jim gave me a name of another lender that took care of everything and provided a better rate of interest. Jim's attention to some minor repairs and fairness in the transaction were commendable!
